This is five bedroom, clean and cozy house has all the amenities of home. The home has four bathrooms, two of which are in private suites, dining room and living room, tv room, and basement. The backyard offers space for the whole family to enjoy. Lounge on the deck with comfortable outdoor couches, or on the many loungers on the patio. Family time in the outdoor kitchen is unbeatable, as we have lots of seating in the dining area, a gas grill, two burners, refrigerator and ice maker overlooking the built in fire pit and peaceful pond. Guests can also relax in the jacuzzi, under the deck in any weather condition. We ask that you treat it like your own. No parties are allowed, no pets, and no videography for the purposes of video or film production are allowed inside the home or on our property. NO SMOKING of any kind allowed inside the house. No cigarettes, vapes, hookahs or anything other type of smoking is allowed. Smoking inside the house or bringing an authorized pet (I.e. dog or cat) will result in a $500 fee. No Fireworks on property! Fireworks are illegal in Massachusetts, we kindly ask guests to follow this law and this house rule. We ask that guests observe quiet hours between 10pm to 8am.
