Summary: This home has been in the family for three generations now! Room for 4 and your fur baby, too! You will love the cozy feel and all the outside amenities everyone wants to relax after a day at the beach or touring Cape Cod. This peaceful setting is convenient to everything the cape has to offer. Most of all, relax and play at the many picturesque beaches here in Yarmouth, or venture to another for the day. The bike path isn't far, and Cape Cod Creamery is just around the corner! Summer awaits! The Space: This is a 1-level home with two bedrooms, a full bath, living room and eat-in kitchen. 1-2 dogs are allowed. Patio has a BBQ grill, firepit, picnic table and Guest Access: Guests have private and exclusive use of the entire property, inside and out. Other Things to Note: Please pick up after your pet. An extra fee will apply if professional have to be called in. The house cleaning fee does not include this task. Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
