Living arrangement includes 2 king beds, 2 sofa beds, 2 kitchens, and 2 bathrooms w/ access to ALL hotel ammenities. 4 Units - Dec 20 to Dec 27 2 Units - Dec 21 to Dec 28 2 Units - Dec 27 to Jan 3 1 Unit - Dec 28 - Jan 4 The space This unit is located at the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Resort Villas in the North Tower. The dates are fixed from December 28 - January 4 in 2024/2025. Room assignment is made at check in, but you will be guaranteed an Oceanfront Room with 2 Bedroom Double Lockout. The unit will be AMAZING. Guest access You will check in to the hotel like a normal guest and be required to follow all regular hotel rules. Other things to note You will be responsible for the Hawaii Tourism Tax, Standard State Taxes, Parking Fees, and Resort Fees. You will also be required to check in to the hotel with your credit card and valid ID. You card will be kept on file for all incidentals, room service, dining expenses etc. It'll be as if you are booking a 2 bedroom suite at the Westin like a normal hotel guest. The only difference when you are staying in a "owner's suite" is that you will not get daily housekeeping. Instead, you will be eligible for 1 complimentary "mid week" clean during your stay. You can also contact the front desk for additional towels or linens during your stay. As a hotel guest, you will have access to all the hotel amenities at both the North and the South towers. For more information on the fees that are part of the hotel, please contact the hotel directly as the state taxes and hotel fees change on an annual basis.
