The space With a king-size bed, queen sleeper sofa, and spacious full bath, this condo can comfortably house up to four guests. Ideal for couples, families, or a small group of friends looking to enjoy sunny Poipu. Guests will have a great point of access to take advantage of area beaches, shopping, and restaurants while being tucked away in a quiet area of the Kiahuna Plantation Resort. The beautiful remodel, modern amenities including A/C, Wifi, and cable as well as the stylish interior make this a perfect retreat to slow down and unwind. Guests will access the second-floor condo via a set of stairs. Upon entering, you'll feel instantly relaxed in the modern beach decor that highlights natural fibers, playful beach-themed elements, and cheerful colors throughout the comfortable condo. The cool, neutral color pallet creates a relaxing vibe in the open and bright space. The living area, kitchen, and dining space all flow seamlessly with an airy open floor plan. In the inviting living room, guests can rest on the plush sofa that converts to a queen sleeper or the rattan chair with a footrest while they sit back and enjoy a show on the flat screen TV. Flanking the living room is a dining area with a table and four comfortable wicker chairs next to the kitchen with a large granite-topped island. The well-appointed kitchen has a large French-door fridge with a drawer freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware and kitchen utensils to make meal prep a breeze. Plenty of light floods the space from the slider doors leading to the lanai. Just down the hall are the single bedroom and full bathroom where the coastal theme continues with elements of the beach and sea. The bedroom features new furniture and a king-size bed with playful beachy linens and throw pillows. Windows with shutters allow for light and air, or privacy and restfulness. Guests will be more than comfortable with the ceiling fan, bedside tables & lamps, and wall-mount flat screen TV. Across the hall is the stylish and spacious full bathroom. The bathroom has a convenient privacy door to separate the toilet room, with a combo shower/tub, from the dressing room with a sink, vanity, and mirror. For additional accommodations, the sofa in the living area converts to a queen-size bed for two more guests. A bonus highlight of this condo is the sizable covered lanai where guests can unwind in the open air, bathed in sunshine and surrounded by verdant forest. Listen to the birds sing as you sip your morning Kauai coffee and rest on the cushioned chaise lounges. The al fresco dining table has space for four. The property also has community BBQ's an onsite Restaurant and several dining and bar options within walking distance. Other things to note To be clear, this unit has a min-split A/C system that keeps the entire unit cool. Please do not run the A/C and leave the doors open. It defeats the purpose of A/C , wastes energy and money. Also, be aware that this is a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful to neighbors when coming and going from the unit, and when utilizing exterior areas. Guests must be 21 to book. Parking passes and access key cards will be provided at check-in. Guests will meet a greeter at the property to gain access. Please note this property is on the second level. There is a set of stairs to enter. There is no elevator on site. No pets allowed. Also worth noting for those new to Kauai is that there are lots of fauna and flora that one may not be used to on the mainland. This is paradise for more than humans and you'll see Chickens and Roosters throughout the island, geckos (they are our friends) as they take care of other bugs that you might come across as well.
