The Ruby Cabin has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with bunk beds. The bedroom with the queen bed is location in the loft area. There is a private deck with patio seating for all the late night stories. Breathtaking views of Man's Head Mountain out the front door! For those who crave adventure, the surrounding area offers hiking trails, kayaking, and opportunities to spot wildlife. And in the evening, gather around a campfire to share stories and savor the tranquility of the Montana wilderness. Guest access Access to the property is via gravel road off Highway 41. There is plenty of parking for fishing boats. Guests also have access to a private boat launch on the property into the Jefferson River! Other things to note The cabin proximate to many amenities including: 7± miles from the Doncaster Red Round Barn 8± miles from Twin Bridges with many amenities like a grocery store, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, fly fishing shops and more. 14± miles from Renova Hot Springs an undeveloped, rural thermal soaking spot on the Jefferson River. 36± miles from the Lewis and Clark Caverns -- one of the most highly decorated limestone caverns in North America. 37± miles from Virginia City where you can pan for gold, or a night of fun enjoying the shows at either the Brewery Follies Cabaret or the Illustrious Virginia City Players There is no access to laundry on site. For other arrangements, please send the host a message. The kitchen is equipped with a mini fridge, two indoor electric burners, a microwave, and a sink. Please note there is no oven on-site. While the space is limited, it includes the essentials for light cooking such as pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, coffee maker, and basic dishware. For outdoor cooking, a BBQ grill is available for guest use. We recommend planning simple meals during your stay, and the layout is clearly shown in our listing photos for your reference. There is a portable AC Unit! We do have fans in each room during the summer months There is no access to the shop/garage on site. DUE TO THE LOCATION ON THE RIVER AND BEING SURROUNDED BY PONDS/SWAMP THERE WILL BE BUGS INCLUDING FLIES, MOTHS AND MOSQUITOES. WHILE WE TAKE EXTRA STEPS TO LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF BUGS THERE WILL STILL BE SOME. The Pioneer is next door to another cabin on the property as well as RV sites.
