We built this plantation style home as an accommodation for adults only in 2004. This unit has a private entry, private bathroom. Guest access This unit has an Ocean and Hilo Bay views. From your private front lanai, you have your own private entry through double solid doors with a dead bolt lock. You enter into a large private living room with a full size couch and deluxe recliner. This flows into the private dining room with a bamboo style table and chairs and then into the huge private gourmet kitchen with Uba tuba granite counter tops and custom mango/black wenge cabinets. Behind the soshi screen is a Queen size bed with two night stands and a large hand carved armoire. Your Private in unit bathroom with bidet, mango/black wenge cabinets, seaweed granite counter top and a 4' walk in shower. AMENITIES: The amenities in this unit include Full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot water maker, coffee press, blender, toaster, silverware, plates, cups, wine glasses, and wine decorker and may other appliances upon request. Other things to note LONG TERM STAYS: We like longer term stays, so if you choose more nights, we will give you a better offer on 16 nights or more than what you see listed. Just send us a "Contact host" message and we will make you a great offer! We also can give referrals to private, affordable car rentals if you are staying for 30 nights or more. The large screen windows make this unit very comfortable with great air circulation, however air conditioning can be added for an additional $10.00 per night as per user agreement. We will replace towels and bathroom supplies upon request as listed for 12 nights stays or less. If your reservation is for 13 nights or longer, you will be suppling your own needs and washing of your towels/linen. Our property is adult only, no children under 18 are allowed on the property.
