Complete with a full-sized kitchen, a 130in movie screen, 1 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. You'll be within walking distance to local restaurants, bars, and casinos — unbeatable locations The space We have two bedrooms, but this listing is for our 1 bedroom ONLY! Not a shared space. The second bedroom will not be accessible. One-of-a-kind space is 2400 sqft filled with natural light, exposed brick, and beautiful hardwood floors. This space is completely yours during your stay. Our building is also home to Foxtrot Productions recording studio. - There is a king size mattress located in the master bedroom. - There are two full bathrooms and a full-sized kitchen, stocked with cooking supplies. Huge tub, but jets on tub do not work. - Steep stairs at the entrance. There is no handicap access and several “step-up” / platform areas through the space. Although we allow children, the space isn’t ideal for children. - Street parking only! Street parking is free after 5pm (weekdays) and on weekends. Self Check-in. A keypad with private entrance to the loft. - No parties! We are not a venue or event space. - Please note there is no handicap access. Stairs only entrance. — NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE. No extra guests without approval. No pets. [STRICT] NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed inside the loft. Those who leave behind the scent of marijuana/smoke or those suspected of smoking inside will be asked to leave and $500 fee will be charged to those who violate this house rule. - Free Street Parking on weekends and weekdays after 5pm. Use parkmobile app or coins for meter/street parking on weekdays (Monday-Friday; 8am-5pm). We do not have designated parking. — Easy to follow checkout instructions. Checkin is at 3pm. Checkout is at noon. No early or late checkins. Guest access Entire space is accessible except the second bedroom. Other things to note This is not shared space. The second bedroom would not be accessible. If you need the second bedroom- that is a different nightly rate.
