Newly remodeled 3bd/2bth, just a few blocks from the lake, 9 minute walk to the beach and downtown. Entire lower half of duplex with private entrance to master bedroom. Outdoor space with wood burning firepit, gas grill, and multiple seating areas. Bedroom 1 & 2 each have a queen bed. Optional bedroom 3 has a queen murphy bed that will be set up upon request The space Seasonal pricing varies. Generally, October-April is considered "off-season" and May-September is "peak season". The following options vary between seasons. Due to limitations in the website/app settings, please inquire about any of the following: Off-Season Options: -Single night stay is possible -Pricing is set to assume full capacity. For smaller groups, inquire for a discount. -Weekly or short-term rentals are possible Peak Season: -Price per night is more during the peak season and assume full capacity. -3 day minimum rental. Week long rentals preferred in the peak season. -Very limited availability in July and August. Inquire on a open date to begin discussions on possible open dates not reflected on calendar.
