With five comfortable bedrooms — including a king, two queens, twins, and bunk beds perfect for kids or friends — there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. Wake up to the gentle sea breeze and enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck, shaded by an umbrella and set with a table for casual breakfasts or evening dinners grilled fresh on the gas barbecue. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the refreshing outdoor shower — a true Cape Cod pleasure. Then come inside and cool off in the comfort of central air conditioning. Stay connected with fast WiFi or curl up in cozy living spaces designed for both gathering and quiet moments. Beach towels, linens, and towels are all provided so you can travel light and relax fully. Located in the heart of Hyannis Port, just steps from the iconic Kennedy Compound, you’re close to local shops, dining, and the ferries to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket. Take a leisurely walk around the peaceful neighborhood to soak in classic coastal living. Enjoy a sunset stroll by the water or relax on the deck — this home offers the perfect blend of comfort and Cape Cod charm for your unforgettable getaway. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire single-family home, including all five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy the spacious deck with gas grill, outdoor shower, and outdoor seating with umbrella—perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. The fully equipped kitchen includes all utensils, cookware, and appliances you need to prepare meals at home. The home is equipped with central air conditioning for your comfort, as well as an in-house washer and dryer. Beach towels, linens, and WiFi are all provided. Parking is available on the property. Please note: one small owner’s office is locked and not accessible during your stay. Other things to note This is a family-friendly home in a quiet residential neighborhood — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the slower pace of Cape Cod. We kindly ask that guests be respectful of neighbors, especially during evening hours. A 4-night minimum stay is standard between Memorial Day and Labor Day. However, we’re always happy to try and fill shorter gaps in the calendar — feel free to reach out if you're interested in a shorter stay.
