The space Kitchen is a cooks dream: spacious, attached deck and living room featuring high speed Internet, smart wifi sound system to meet all of your entertainment needs, including board games and puzzles. 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 10+: 2 queen; 4 single beds, a crib, 2 single air mattresses, a queen air mattresses and a couch. Each room has TV connected to the internet. 3 decks with beautiful views of water and surrounding neighborhood. The outdoor space features a small pond with live fish. Picnic area, gas and charcoal bbq. Clay wood burning oven for fires or pizza if you want to do some outdoor cooking. Also includes a bar! Have a drink and play Ping-Pong on the full sized ping pong table in the garage! Sorry not for anyone younger than 25 without speaking to me first. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house minus attached cottage. Guests can park one car in front of the garage and 2 cars in a single line in 1/2 of the shared driveway. There is absolutely no parking on the street. AND the only entrance to the house is through the front door. No one may enter the house through any of the neighboring properties, behind or to the right or left of the house. Other things to note Great neighborhood. Updated plumbing system. Air conditioning, heating. Extra freezer in the garage and extra ice maker / water cooler in the kitchen pantry.
