The space This is a private home at the end of a cul-de-sac, which allows for ample parking and also serves as an excellent spot for kids to scooter or ride their bikes. Our home has a spacious partially covered private deck with room for dining and lounging. There are three smart TV's in the home located in the main living area, the downstairs living area and the primary bedroom. The downstairs couch converts into a full-size mattress / large lounging area by pulling out the bottom of the couch and pulling up on the bottom cushion, perfect for cozy movie nights! The kitchen includes all basics that are needed for cooking including pots, pans, utensils, salt, pepper, and oil. There are also additional spices available for use if you would like! Our home is located within walking distance of Craigville Beach (0.7 mi), The Barnacle Snack Bar (0.8 mi) - located directly across the street from Craigville Beach, Four Seas Ice Cream (0.5 mi), The 1856 Country Store (0.7 mi) - a gift shop and penny candy store. There's also a playground located directly across the street from the country store! Downtown Osterville, where you can find upscale shopping and dining options, is a quick 6 minute car ride. Downtown Hyannis is a 10 minute car ride an offers an array of dining and shopping options. Guest access You will have the entire home and yard to yourselves! Access to home via Keyless Entry.
