The first floor includes 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen with dinning area. Off the kitchen there is a deck with large outdoor table ideal for gatherings. The lower floor contains 1 bedroom with two queen beds, full bathroom with spacious shower, library room, and game room with ping pong table. Other things to note Please note that bed sheets, pillow cases and towels are not provided. No pets and no smoking on the property, please. The laundry room has a separate entrance and is located right next to the driveway. Fireplace is not available for use
