Two bedrooms (each with a queen-size bed and quality linens), a full bathroom, and a laundry / utility room are located downstairs. Inside the master bedroom, a fireplace, private sitting area, and large smart TV provide a cozy space in which you can curl up with a good book, chat with friends, or watch your favorite shows. Fun fact: This home was a primary filming location for the feature film The Storied Life of A.J. Fikry starring Kunal Nayyar (The Big Bang Theory), Lucy Hale (Pretty Little Liars), Christina Hendricks (Mad Men), and David Arquette (Scream).
