The first floor offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, and laundry. The sparkling kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, and quartz counters. There is an open living space with cathedral ceilings, lots of light and plenty of seating for relaxing and dining with superb views. The outdoor deck looks out over the lake and the spacious lawn. Upstairs includes 2 lovely bedrooms and a beautifully remodeled full bath. Central Air, Washer/Dryer, outdoor grill, fire pit and internet access. You can swim in the sandy-bottom lake or rent a small kayak or boat to explore the 138 acres of fresh water. Birds and wildlife are plentiful. Guests can also access the Lawrence Association Pond and Tennis courts by purchasing a pass upon arrival for $25/week. Sandwich is a year-round community, close to Sagamore Bridge. Access is easy on and off the Cape and also to Route 6. Sandy Neck beach is 10 minutes from the house, and major shopping and dining areas (Mashpee Commons and/or Hyannis) are a 10-15 minute drive.
