This charming 3-bedroom home with a large yard is the perfect location for a memorable getaway. Located within walking distance to the harbor, restaurants, Peggotty Beach, and just steps from 2 local golf courses, our home is ideally situated for exploration & relaxation. Enjoy sandy beaches in summer and foliage in fall. Savor fresh seafood, browse local boutiques, and learn about Scituate's maritime history. Great for wedding guests or for those working from anywhere (with high-speed wifi). The space Step inside and be greeted by cozy rooms that provide ample comfort for your stay. Each room has been thoughtfully designed to ensure a cozy and inviting atmosphere, allowing you to unwind and recharge after a day of adventures. Relax in the large, living area, cook in our newly-renovated kitchen, and spend restful nights in cozy bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed, one bedroom features a king bed. In the third bedroom, you'll find two twin beds. For your convenience, one of the twin beds can be easily converted into a king-sized bed, accommodating a seventh person in your party comfortably. If you let us know ahead of your reservation, we can convert the bed for you. If you look forward to starting your mornings with a cup o' joe, we provide a Keurig coffee machine, so you can enjoy a quick and hassle-free cup of coffee. If you prefer to brew your own favorite ground coffee, feel free to use our reusable K-cup Pod, allowing you to savor your preferred blend during your stay. Relax in the large living area, cook in our newly-renovated kitchen, and spend restful nights in cozy bedrooms. Outside, you'll find a huge yard that offers endless possibilities for fun and relaxation. Kids and adults alike can enjoy shooting hoops on the driveway basketball court, creating lasting memories of friendly competitions and laughter. You can also enjoy colorful sunsets on our large back deck. Bringing a pup? We love fur babies and have a large, spacious yard for them to roam. We ask kindly that dogs are kept off of all furniture, including the beds and that you clean up after them during your stay. Guest access The house is divided into 2 units. Host resides in second unit for 24/7 accessibility. Units are completely separate with no through access from the inside. Guests will have access to the expansive yard, 6-car driveway, and laundry in the basement. Other things to note Golf enthusiasts will delight in the convenience of being only a minute away from TWO golf courses. Tee off and enjoy a round of golf amidst scenic views and well-manicured greens at Scituate Country Club or Widow's Walk Golf Course. If instead, you're a guest at a wedding or event at Scituate Country Club, you are literally only a few steps around the corner. For beach lovers, our location offers easy access to several beautiful local spots. Rexhame Beach in Marshfield is just about a 20-minute drive away. The parking fees are $15 on weekdays and $20 on weekends. Nantasket Beach, also about 20 minutes in the opposite direction, features a lively boardwalk with restaurants. Parking is $15 for Massachusetts plates and $40 for out-of-state plates. Be sure to arrive early on weekends as spots fill up quickly. If you're up for a little walk, you can park at Cole Parkway in Scituate Harbor and stroll across the bridge to the public side of Peggotty Beach. Alternatively, you can try for one of the four non-resident parking spots at Peggotty Beach, but you'll need to get there early. We’re also within walking distance of the private side of Peggotty Beach, which is rockier, so we recommend visiting during low tide for the best experience. For a quieter option, there’s free parking near the lighthouse with a small, rocky beach. Minot Beach in North Scituate also offers three non-resident spots. If you plan to bring food or beverages, please remember that glass is not allowed, and koozies are recommended for cans.
