Relaxing Beachblock Condo

Just steps from the ocean! Our condo sits on the beach block, only a half-block walk to the sand and close to coffee shops and local restaurants. An easy, relaxing home base for enjoying the shore. The space This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main bedroom features a king bed, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, and bedroom #3 includes two twin beds. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. Step onto the deck and enjoy the ocean view. When you’re back from the beach, the outdoor shower makes it easy to wash off the sand before relaxing indoors (labeled #4). Prefer a quiet night in? The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, Keurig, and all the essentials for cooking. Guests can also enjoy the backyard grill and picnic benches—this unit’s grill is the Weber located on the corner of the building. The open-concept living room features a large TV with cable and Roku for streaming your favorite shows. Each bedroom also includes a smart TV so guests can stream from their own accounts. (Please remember to log out before checkout.) Linens & Towels Guests provide their own linens, towels, and toiletries. Linen and towel rentals are available upon request. At the end of the street, you’ll find the beach, a park, and the path leading directly to the boardwalk (great for biking!) Early risers are treated to stunning sunrises—it’s a view you won’t want to miss. Week-long rentals are encouraged. Guest access Common areas behind the building, including the grill and picnic benches, are available for all guests. The Weber grill belongs to Unit 4.
