With its blend of warmth, character, and unbeatable location, Serendipity House is ready to welcome you for your next Ames adventure. Guest access You'll have access to the whole house. I reserve the use of the garage for myself on weekends, so parking is only available in the driveway and cautiously on the street. Other things to note There's a fire pit in the back yard. Please use at your own risk. Please bring your own firewood and burn only wood in the ring. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink in the kitchen. Game room in the finished basement with games and a TV. Please be aware that a yard crew come through between 10am and 4pm and snow removal services are provided, as is additional ice removal supplies for self application to walkways if needed. I require a rental agreement be signed prior to checking in.
