Sunnybrook House

Sunnybrook is a peaceful 28 acre country retreat, tucked away on a back road in West Brookfield, MA with expansive lawns, hiking trails, a pond, rushing river and crabapple orchard to explore. Only 20 minutes to I90 and I84 in Sturbridge, 45 minutes to Wachusett Mountain, and minutes away from Rock House Reservation. With ample space to gather inside and out, great local breweries and wineries close by, Sunnybrook is the perfect place for family and friends, work gatherings, retreats and more. The space The house is a spacious single family home with common areas equipped for groups to gather, but also multiple nooks to escape to if you’re looking for some privacy or a workspace. The owner's apartment off the garage has it's own private entrance and no shared walls, she may occasionally stay there from time to time. Guest access The entire house, other than the basement storage area, garage, and owner’s apartment. Other things to note Check in is after 4:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. All bedrooms come with an A/C after Memorial Day. The two bedrooms on the main floor have 1/2 baths attached, and there is a full bathroom on each floor as well. There are two twin pullout beds available for use, one in the living area by the fireplace, and one in the terrace office space. There are multiple dedicated workspaces throughout the home.
