Mill River Cottage (pet friendly!)

Welcome to our peaceful and unique urban farm cottage. We are located in historic Florence, Massachusetts (a part of Northampton). While our place is no longer a working farm, the cottage was created many years ago to support the main dwelling. It has been modernized to offer every comfort while maintaining its cozy aesthetic. Free parking & lighted access to the cottage. The cottage is a private space where you can come and go as you please. Relax and unwind or head out to explore the area! The space We are a dog-friendly space and offer a large fenced-in yard. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU ARE BRINGING ANY PETS. The maximum number of pets is officially 2. If you have more than 2, I will consider allowing it on a case by case basis. We will go out of our way to make sure you have everything you need for you and/or your animals. Think of a welcoming, artistic studio apartment to meet your every need. That's us! We offer information on the best local restaurants, cafes, shopping areas and hiking trails and parks. The bed is king-sized and VERY comfortable. Linens and towels are washed diligently between guests and beds are personally changed by the host. We can set up an additional single bed if needed. There is an additional cost of $20 for this service. Guest access The driveway to the right of the main house (as you face it) is for guests only. Please stay on the white stones on the driveway. You can come and go as you please. Other things to note Please note that while there is a sleeping area, a kitchen area and a living room area, it is one open space.
