At the end of the day, watch spectacular sunsets as you grill or just enjoy an evening cocktail on the beach front deck. For you night owls, sit back and gaze at the majestic star filled sky. Guest access Right in your backyard there is a quiet, beautiful neighborhood beach. Use our kayaks to explore with the stately swans on Follins Pond. Other things to note For those of you coming in the warm weather I like to clarify the air conditioning situation. There are split units that provide a/c in the living dining room area, first floor twin bedrooms and one of the upstairs queens and a window unit in the other upstairs queen bedroom. During July and August we do 4 day minimum rentals only. It can get a little confusing, so if you have any questions about availability, please don’t hesitate to ask :)
