This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home has been completely renovated, with an all-new kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings, linens & accessories. The house accommodates 5 people very comfortably, and is located on a quiet residential street just off Upper Main. The space This single-level home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living room - perfect for entertaining! Just off the living room is access to the large, private fenced-in backyard featuring an outdoor shower, deck, gas grill and dining furniture perfect for enjoying warm summer days/evenings in Martha's Vineyard. The master bedroom features a queen bed and a sliding glass door to the backyard, along with an en-suite bathroom with a glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed, along with a twin sized daybed. There's a bathroom right next door to the bedroom, with a bathtub/shower. We provide our guests with beach chairs + umbrella, as well as beach towels. The bathrooms + kitchen are also stocked with all the necessities you should need during your stay. All linens & towels are also provided. Guest access Guests have access to all parts of the house, backyard and driveway. Other things to note If you're familiar with Edgartown, you'll appreciate that our home is located after the triangle - which is convenient in the height of summer when traffic going into Edgartown can be very congested. Also, since parking can be a pain in downtown Edgartown, you'll enjoy leaving your car parked at the house! Plus the 10 minute walk to town is lovely!
