On Beach Ave. Relaxing single family home 1 block from beach. Beach at N 10th st is large and along the Sea Wall. 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 7 adults. Reverse fl living - bedrooms on the elevated 1st fl & living / kitchen / dining on the 2nd fl. Decks & outdoor hangout space makes it special with ocean views & peeks at the bay. 1000 sq ft of decks over 4 outdoor spaces! House is stocked with all the basics you need for a week at the shore,plus extras like 6 bikes, beach chairs, and a grill The space Deck space on the 2nd floor for dinner and lounging outside after a long day on the beach or the water. 3rd floor has another deck perfect for watching the sunrise over the ocean and ideal for a little yoga! The primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom. Queen bedroom also has a pull-out single bed trundle. Twin bedroom has two twin beds. All rooms have been recently updated. This house is only 4 years old and all the furnishings are less than 2 years old. There is a full bath which services the Queen and twin bedrooms. Outside, there is an outdoor shower and changing room. We spend a lot of time at our shore house and provide it to you as renters as if it were their own, not just a vacation rental where everyone is passing through. We are also instituting strict cleaning policies to help mitigate any risks. Guest access You have access to the whole house. This is a single family home which is unique down the shore. Extra privacy and no need to share an entrance or driveway. There is a large parking area - two cars can park under the house (SHADE :) ) and three others can fit on the parking pad out front. No need to work about street parking or jocky-ing for a spot! Other things to note We have adult and children’s bicycles available to borrow as well as beach chairs for every guest.
