Located on the Old River in Maurpeas, Louisiana. Relax and enjoy views on a deck or on your own boat! With private boat landing . The property easy to find it is the ladt house on the left with carport and if you need more parking space there is plenty space in-front of the house.?The house is easily accessed via a keypad. There are 3 security cameras outside the house. Enjoy a spacious indoor area and outdoor waterfront view. The space The house can sleep up to 12 guests! There are 4 bedrooms. 3 rooms have queen beds, 1 room has 1 full bed and 1 twin bed, and a sofa queen bed. All rooms have blackout curtains. Each bedroom has a closet and plenty of storage. There are 2 full bathrooms. The bathroom has a set of towels, a blow dryer, and a laundry room if needed. The living room and kitchen area have plenty of space and seating. The kitchen has a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, pots, pans, skewers, bowls,plates, cups, wine glasses, and much more. All rooms have smart TVs and Wi-Fi. Our property is pet-friendly with a fee. The back door will lead to a fully raised deck and a fire pit with chairs and tree stumps that are perfect for camping adventures. We also have extra fishing poles, nets, and chairs to use during your stay. We do monitor check-ins remotely. Guest access You have access to the whole house, deck, and surrounding areas. Except for the shed and the storage room outside by the carport. Beware, use the boat landing at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accident or damage to your boat. If you want to use the boat landing, please message me, and I will provide the gate code. We are not responsible for slips, falls, or plunges off the deck or bulkhead. If you have kids with you, I recommend providing them with a life jacket and an adult supervising them. Other things to note The property has cypress roots on the ground and other plants that could be a potential tripping hazard. There are 3 security cameras outside the house. The swing seats 2 people comfortably and can hold up to 500 lbs and the single hold up to 225 lbs. The property is in front of Old River where you can fish or boat on. Take necessary precautions on the water. Please DO NOT COOK OR BBQ ON THE PORCH. By using the boat launch, users acknowledge and accept the risk of potential harm or loss, and you are responsible for your own safety and the safety of your property. The house can host a maximum of 12 guests. The price per night starts with 6 guests, additional guests will add $10.00 per person, per night. During your stay if you have extra guests come to visit but do not stay overnight you have to inform us and we are not responsible for any liability that occur during visit. Fishing poles are not provided with the rental but what we have at the property the guests can use it . We will not responsible of replacing or repairing or any risks .
