You can walk out to the garden from there and enjoy the patio. The bathroom has a nice shower with a handheld. Access to the basement full laundry room. In addition you can rent the “studio in a park like setting” and accommodate another 2 family members. Total amount of people on the property is 10 if all 3 units are available. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and the laundry facility in the basement. The back patio with the bbq is shared with the people in the “idyllic farmhouse” if it is occupied.
