Spend tranquil evenings on the well-appointed deck, which overlooks an extensive lawn and offers beautiful views of the beach and the ocean. This is a great spot to dine alfresco and host summertime cookouts with your loved ones. Inside, this home boasts a welcoming living area with direct access to the deck, cozy furniture, and a smart TV with streaming and cable services. Hang out with your friends as you stream a favorite movie or show on the TV, plan your next adventures, or break out any of the provided board games. Equipped with all the essentials, the full kitchen is ready to help you prepare the most delicious homemade meals and beach snacks for the group. Additional perks include window AC units, two kayaks. THINGS TO KNOW Guest access You'll check in at 4pm. Standard check-out is 10am. To enter, use the lockbox near the door. Press your four-digit code using the buttons, then press the Open button down to unlock. If it doesn't work, press Clear and try again. If early check-in or late checkout is available for your dates, you'll receive an email or SMS offer. The home is being prepared between 10am and 4pm on your arrival day. Other things to note The home comes with complimentary start-up amenities: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, dishwasher pods, sponge, dish soap, laundry soap, and hand soap. You're welcome to purchase additional supplies as needed during your stay. All linens, sheets, bedding, and towel sets are provided. Extra linens and towels are available in the unit if you need them. Heat is controlled via vents on the walls in selected rooms. The thermostat in the living room is not currently operating.
