Book in April, no cleaning fee! Maui-LiCiOUS by the Beach!! - Locally owned and operated 🤙🏻 Come and enjoy a little piece of paradise in Kihei. You'll never want to leave!! Check the reviews! Affordable, clean, private, fully appointed condo perfect for couples and families. Situated in the Maui Vista condo complex, walking distance to Charley Young Beach, shops, activities, grocery stores and restaurants. ***Please see: "Other Details to Note" Section for very important requirements*** The space This condo is in Kihei on the leeward, sunny side of Maui. Great for snorkeling, swimming and scuba diving. Located right across the street from the gorgeous Charley Young beach and a stone's throw away from golf courses, dining and shopping in Kihei and Wailea. The condo is located on the second floor of the second building and is 588 sq. ft. The condo comes fully furnished with supplies for 4 people to have a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and the living room has a queen-size murphy bed. The kitchen is fully appointed with range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and all necessary utensils, cookware, dishes and towels. The bathroom has a nice tiled tub/shower and granite countertop sink. Bath towels are provided. The washer/dryer will allow you to do your laundry during the stay, so maybe you don't need to bring as many clothes in your suitcases and keep some room for awesome Maui gifts to bring back home. Due to the water softness, only high-efficiency laundry detergent should be used to avoid any overflow. Detergent is provided, please make sure to only use this and no other detergent and never exceed the recommended amount. We provide our guests with hand soap, paper towels, napkins, dish detergent, sponge, dishwasher pods, tissues, toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner. Guest access Maui Vista complex has a tiny library in each building, drop off or pick up a book at any time. BBQ areas are available to use and the 3 swimming pools and 6 tennis courts (one with pickleball markings) should keep you well relaxed and exercised. In addition to the basic essentials, you may find other limited supplies of items such as plastic wrap, foil or condiments in the kitchen as well as beach/sport supplies (such as beach chairs and umbrella, tennis rackets, snorkel gear) in the hallway closet. Due to breakage/damage from previous guests, we cannot guarantee any/all items will be available for you to use, but if they are, we ask you to take care of them as if they were your own to ensure that future guests will also be able to enjoy them. If you get to the condo after 4pm and the front office is closed, just call security, and someone will meet you and give you a temporary parking permit until the office re-opens. Other things to note CHECK-IN is anytime after 4:00 PM and CHECKOUT is anytime before 11:00 AM. When availability allows, we’re happy to accommodate an early check-in at no additional charge. Early check-in is not guaranteed and depends on our calendar and cleaning schedule. Late check-out, when available, is offered for a fee of $100 and must be arranged in advance. Late check-out fees are handled separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center. In order to coordinate with the cleaners' schedule, please let us know at least a week in advance if this is something you would like to take advantage of and we will check availability and let you know if it is possible. **Earliest check-in would be 9am and latest check-out would be 9pm. Any earlier arrival or later departure time would require booking an extra night. We ask that you please respect our home and DO NOT MOVE the decor or furniture (other than the "coffee table" baskets in order to use the Murphy bed). Oftentimes we have back-to-back guests and do not have the time to put the items back where they were intended to be. Also, there have been occasions when items have been lost or damaged. If you must move things, please put them back where you found them. PLEASE DO NOT WASH WHITE TOWELS WITH OTHER ITEMS! Colors from other fabrics adhere to the towels Other fabrics may cause pilling (fuzzballs) on the towels  Both could cause towels to be ruined and placed out of service, which may result in a charge to you. Keeping in mind the guests that will stay after you depart, we would greatly appreciate and hope that you consider refraining from cooking with certain ingredients that are strong-smelling and may linger within the unit. On that same note, please refrain from applying perfume or cologne within the unit, where the fragrance can soak into the soft surfaces. To avoid an “excessive sand” comment on your otherwise perfect review, please do the following; when coming from the beach please rinse off your “whole” self and beach equipment at the outdoor shower at the beach and also the shower located outside of each of the pools on property. Please shake out your beach towels, beach mats and clothing before entering the building and especially the unit. When we have sand in the tub, sinks and washer/dryer, it clogs up the venting and plumbing which potentially causes expensive issues, which may result in a charge to you. Renovations and improvements can happen at any time within the complex. We are typically notified by the Association when they are scheduling repairs; large or small and also spraying for pests (quarterly) - which we will in turn let our guests know. However, all units in this complex are individually owned and we are not usually informed when owners are conducting renovations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We have a semi–“smart” unit! You may notice a few small “pucks” around the space — these are YoLink Water Leak Sensors. There’s a note on the counter under the microwave with more information about them. The unit also features YoLink Smart Outlets, which are connected to the air conditioners and controlled by two motion sensors placed throughout the space. When motion is detected, the outlets turn on, allowing you to use the AC units in both the living room and bedroom. If no motion is detected for 20 minutes, the outlets automatically power off to help save energy. However, from 9 PM to 8 AM, the outlets remain on continuously, so your AC won’t be interrupted overnight. We must be made aware of all persons that will be inside the unit, adults and/or children.
