Kona Surf Snorkel Paradise, Beachfront, Hot Tub

Incredible views of the bay and surfers! Modern house(built 2014) with A/C all rooms. It’s across the street from Kahalu’u Beach. This is the BEST snorkeling and surfing spot in Kona. Surfboards,The Kona Trolley stop, and food trucks are steps away. The house has a hot tub, 4 brms, one upstairs, 3 downstrs, There’s one full bath en-suite upstairs with toilet, tub and shower. There is a toilet downstairs with very private outdoor shower. Plus one bdrm has a sink/vanity & 2nd outdoor shower. The space The house has 3 king beds and a queen bed with a twin trundle bed. There is also a fold up twin bed upstairs in the master closet. The fold up weighs only about 20lbs and can fit in almost every room in the house. The two twin beds have 4 inch memory foam mattresses and are meant for accommodating families with children. That said they are very comfortable. Incredible views from the living room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms and hot tub. The 2200 sq ft. house has 4 bedrooms, one master bedroom upstairs with an en-suite, king bed and walk in closet. The en-suite has a jetted tub, separate shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. 3 bedrooms are downstairs, one with a private sink and vanity. All bedrooms have a 42 inch flatscreen tv with streaming Spectrum TV. There is one toilet downstairs with a private enclosed outdoor shower and there is an open shower on the patio overlooking the bay. The Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with a gas stove and modern refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher and microwave oven. The kitchen has granite countertops and is filled with most things needed to prepare any meal. Pots, pans, utensils, dishes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc. are included. A full spice rack as well. The garage is free to use just keep it closed when not in use, especially at night. There are many boogie boards, umbrellas, beach mats, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment for guest use. There are limited tools and spa chemicals in the garage if needed. Please do not use bikes, kayak and paddle boards. No garage door opener will be provided due to the likelihood it will quickly(accidentally) vanish. You can push the button to close the door and step over the laser eye, or to close from the outside just push ENTER on the keypad. Other things to note All state and local taxes (10% TAT, 4.25% GET, 4% HCTAT) are added in to final price as shown on Airbnb. There is a short gravel road to the house(40 ft). The driveway has a drainage bump in it similar to a speed bump when you transition from gravel to the cement driveway. Sports cars and other cars that are low to the ground may rub on this when entering the cement driveway. Please consider this when choosing a rental car. Please remember that this is a home similar to the one you live in. Occasionally things break down or don't work. We will fix these things ASAP just let us know!
