The Mermaid Cottage is a waterfront cottage for up to 8 guests, featuring a king master suite, queen pullout, loft beds, SONOS audio, and a stunning glass-wall living room floating above the ocean. The space What You’ll Find Inside… The Mermaid is small, but can sleep 8 people. There are 2.5 rooms, The Quartermaster Suite, The Crew’s Quarters, as well as a loft. There are wooden stairs to access the sleeper loft. The perfect place for kids to have all the fun! The Crew’s Quarter’s has direct access to the hot tub too, for a late night sneak out! The Quartermaster has a KING mattress, and the other rooms are equipped with QUEEN mattresses. You may also find The Mermaid’s Theatre, and the Mess Hall. This house NEVER disappoints when it comes to a GOOD TIME. With so much luxury and amazing views out the floor to wall of glass, one would assume it to be a good place to relax or enjoy a romantic get-away, or a family vacation. The Mess Hall is where you gather the crew and PILE IN! Elbows to elbows on the table as we are all sailers! The Mermaid House’s Mess Hall provides adequate room. Views to the Mermaid Theatre, and of course views out the 6’ Tall by 30’ wide wall of glass. The long teak table & benches where built by #PlayHere, and features a silhouette of a mermaid at center-table. The Mermaids Theatre has a GIANT “sectional TM” couch and world famous “love sac TM” bean bag that feels as if you're lounging on a cloud. Kitchen & Bathroom: The Kitchen has a large refrigerator combined with a dishwasher garbage disposal and plenty of counter space. The kitchen is extremely functional and elegant. Equipped with a stove, microwave, full cooking & eatery sets; including corkscrews and can openers, a keurig, ninja coffee machine and grinder, rice cookers, crock pots can all available by request. The kitchen will be stocked with K cups, coffee, popcorn for the movies, and s’mores ingredients for the fire pit. Don’t worry about bug spray, sun tan lotion, and hand sanitizer, they are inclusive with every stay. The bathroom is fully functional, with a shower and half tub, and all the lotions and soaps you'll need! Exterior Exclusives: The Sea Deck: The sea deck is a private outdoor living room w/ a sectional + bean bags surrounding a propane fire pit. The space features a 60” TV and Origin Acoustics surround sound across the entire space. Delivering an outstanding outdoor movie viewing experience legitimately IN the ocean. The space also features a breakfast nook perfect for morning coffees facing the eastern rising sky. The taste of coffee and smell of the beach in the morning is an experience soon not to be forgotten nevermind missed. Like everywhere else in the venue you will find SONOS connectivity on a commercial level delivering seamless sound throughout the entire venue. The Mermaid's Tavern: Adjacent to the mermaids kitchen, you can open the window inside the interior kitchen to connect the spaces allowing seamless entertainment between the two provision spaces. The outdoor kitchen features a 5 burner grille, A commercial grade stand alone hot top griddle and fridge. Allowing you to cook for an army of hungry friends and family! The space also features a two stool bar w/ hot water sink & liquor cabinet serving station. Enjoy cocktails with a view of the ocean on two fronts. Electrical plugs handy for easy use of blenders, crockpots, Beer coolers, or liquor dispensing machines (All available by request). We kindly ask, please no smoking in the house, and not in shared spaces with other guests of The OBC Resort. WIFI & Entertainment: Very fast, reliable, wifi throughout the OBC Resort as well as the house. Streaming services are available on TV’s. WIFI Password will be provided at arrival. Guest access Parking/Arrival: All doors are locked on the property, and equipped with a key code entry. Code is changed after every stay. Outdoor grounds are protected and monitored by security cameras 24/7. Please make sure door is fully shut, and 15 seconds to fully lock. The Driveway has 2 spots, with a possibility of 3. You may fit 2 on the street, but be cautious of where you park. DO NOT WORRY. You can find, .02 Miles Hynes Parking, a short walk to and from the house.
