This 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath has its own private entrance and parking spot and is perfect for up to 4 people. Cook a delicious dinner, order take out, take a walk, go for a bike ride, and roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Nearby are local beaches, quaint shops & restaurants, hiking, fishing, whale watching, Cape Cod, or visit downtown Boston. The list goes on and on! This apartment is off the main house with a private entrance with Nest Keycode lock. 2 floors, first floor is the living room w/ sleeper sofa, half bathroom, full kitchen, dining for 4, coffee station and desk/work space. There is a Nest lock and each stay will be provided their own personal code. We are here to make your stay memorable. If you are looking for something and the apartment doesn’t have it, just ask us and we might just have what you are looking for. We have too many goodies to list or put in the unit, but are more than happy to share upon request (such a bikes and a bike rack to go riding along the Cape Cod canal. Beautiful, quiet tree lined street, 10 minutes away from everything. Our neighborhood is 10 minutes away from beaches, shopping, entertainment, very convenient, but will need a car or you will need a Lyft/Uber everywhere. This apartment is attached to our main home. However, there is no entrance through our home or in your apartment. It’s a private space just for you and you will not be interrupted. The backyard is a part of our private home, but during your stay, it’s private to only you.
