Our home is located across the street from the neighborhood walking trail, park and wetlands. There are also basketball courts and a playground nearby. The front porch is great for lounging, bird watching (song birds, ducks, geese and cranes), and taking in the sunrise over the Bridger Mountains. Or, jump on the trail for some exercise. The dirt trail is a 1.5 mile loop. Walk north of our house to one of the nearby ponds for some fishing in the summer or ice skating in the winter. We have a patio table set up in the back yard for watching the sunset. Turn on the patio lights for some additional ambiance. If it’s too sunny you can lower the retractable curtain for a little shade while you dine on the patio. We are walking distance to shopping, restaurants and one of Bozeman’s finest local breweries. Maybe you’re feeling creative. Feed your inner creativity with a little photography or set up your easel on the front lawn. We have ample free parking in the driveway with enough space for 2-4 vehicles and additional parking available on the street. Trailers, boats, and RVs are not permitted in the subdivision. Parking is available for these items at the shopping center 3 blocks away. The house has an open floor plan with large window views of the mountains. There is a fully equipped kitchen with full sized refrigerator, gas range and dish washer. We have a large dining room table that seats 6 and bar top seating that is great for a quick breakfast. Take advantage of the hot beverage bar. We have left a few things for coffee, tea and cocoa. Curl up with a good book or watch a little WiFi TV in the spacious living room furnished with a couch and love seat or spend a little “me time” lounging by the window with a view. We also have high speed internet if you have to work remotely during your stay. Both of our bedrooms have California King beds and plenty of space to unpack for a few days. The master bath is equipped with a walk-in shower for easy access and the second bathroom has a full-sized tub with shower. There is a large capacity washer and dryer in the pantry/mechanical room. We live across the street from the park and trail system so there is vehicle parking available on both sides of the street. Other things to note The house shares a common wall on the garage side. The yards are individually fenced. So you won't ever hear or see the neighbors next door. The garage and the closet in the main room are locked for our personal belongings.
