Guest access You’ll have full access to the condo, including your private lanai and all amenities. Feel free to explore the resort’s lush tropical gardens or take a dip in one of the two pools. Free on-site parking is available for easy access to your unit and any Kona excursions you have planned. There are a few items in the condo that you’re welcome to borrow during your stay. If you use them, please clean and return them to their proper place before checking out—thanks for helping keep things tidy for the next guest! Please note that there are some locked items in the closet. We kindly ask that you do not access them during your stay. Other things to note Important: Painting will begin mobilizing for phase 1 of the painting and spalling repair project at RSC on June 3, 2026, and painting/spalling repair will begin on June 10, 2026. Phase 1 is expected to run through December 15, 2026. Important details: Phase 1 will include the exterior walls on the oceanfront area of the resort. There will be no need for unit interior access for this project. Painters will be outside unit windows and on unit lanais/sundecks. There will be intermittent noise during this project from the concrete spalling repair. This phase will impact units 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212, 214, 215, 312, 314, 315, 316, 415, 416, 417, 418. Painters will move from south (start 6/10/26 at 101) to north (end 12/15/26 at 215). Any décor hung on lanai/sundeck walls be removed prior to painters starting and lanai furniture will be placed in the center of the lanai/sundeck so it can easily be covered by tarps and out of their path for painting. Please note that pest control is scheduled the last two Wednesdays of the month between 10am-noon. If you have booked this unit during that time, we will be notifying you of this visit during your stay.
