The space This private home has 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twins) plus a sofa, and a fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Coffee and tea lovers are well taken care of — we provide a drip coffee maker, Keurig, electric kettle, milk frother and heater, plus coffee, tea, sugar, and other essentials to start your morning right. Just bring your own milk or cream! For families traveling with little ones, we also provide a portable crib, bassinet, and booster seat. Unwind on the comfy sofa with a large TV and Roku for streaming, or step through the sliding doors onto the deck, which has a table and chairs and a gas grill. A dedicated desk with monitor, desk chair, and strong WiFi make it easy to get work done if you need to. Just a half-block walk brings you to the Rancocas Creek and marina, along with several beloved local spots — a deli, ice cream shop, coffee/bakery, and an Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Guest access The entire house and backyard are yours to enjoy during your stay. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street. Easy self check-in anytime with a keycode lock — no need to coordinate arrival times. Other things to note Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Weather permitting, you'll catch beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the creek. From June through September, the township hosts free concerts on Thursday evenings at Hawk Island Marina — folding chairs are provided in the house, and local organizations often sell food as fundraisers.
