The space Our cabins are ideally designed to accommodate two couples and their children or a family, providing the perfect setting for a peaceful retreat. We invite elopements, honeymoons, and other small events with pre-approval (unfortunately, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted). The cabins span two stories with the daylight basement level and deck accessible solely via exterior landscape steps, ensuring privacy between the levels. For families with young children, please consider this prior to booking. The upper floor features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary amenities and more, while the lower level offers a kitchenette furnished with a microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker The cabins are fully equipped with high end furnishings for a comfortable stay. Guests can enjoy a relaxing hot tub or a visit to the indoor sauna to unwind after an active day of skiing, golfing or hiking. Each cabin has a private fire pit offering everyone the chance to share stories of the day and a s'more or two. There is a 24' tipi that is a shared amenity for all guests to utilize on a first come first serve basis. Please inquire as to the availability. Because you will be visiting and staying in a cabin in the woods, in Montana, please understand that it is quite possible that you will seasonally encounter deer, bears, wild turkeys, mountain lions, flying insects including mosquitos, wasps/yellow jackets, moths, spiders, etc. The cabins are equipped with insect screens, but on occasion when the screen doors are opened, or left open, one or two may get inside. We are happy to provide assistance if this were to happen. We will not honor refund requests as it relates to the above mentioned critters. We offer an outdoor firepit along with firewood. As hosts, our passion for outdoor fires and s'mores is unmatched. However, our commitment to preventing forest fires necessitates our authority to limit the use of the fire pit based on weather conditions, local fire risk, and Flathead Valley Fire Restrictions. If you are visiting in the winter, please understand prior to booking, that you will need all-wheel, or 4 wheel drive to easily access the property. We provide snow removal services for the road, parking areas, walkways and steps , that said, from the end of October to April, you should plan on snowy, icy, and slippery conditions while accessing the cabins, in the parking areas, and between the two levels of the cabin. We will not honor refund requests as it relates to the above mentioned matters. The cabins are not handicap accessible. If you, or any of your companions are needing handicap accessible accommodations, we will not be able to provide this. We will not honor refund requests as it relates to the accessibility mentioned above. The cabins are located on a small hill overlooking a creek. There are sticks, rocks, trees, bugs, bees, etc. Though most children love their experience here, there is the risk of cuts, scrapes, bruises, etc. If you wish to bring young children here, it is your responsibility to supervise and attend to them with the above understanding. Though we do provide a highchair, and a pack and play, the cabins are not "child proofed" in any way. If you are requiring "child-proof" accommodations, please understand that our listings are not. We will not honor refund requests as it relates to child proofing mentioned above. Other things to note We place the utmost value on our guests' experience at our property, so we want to inform you that starting August 26, 2024, our road will be accessed by heavy trucks for construction purposes on a neighboring property. This access will continue through the fall, pause during the winter, and resume in spring 2025, lasting until July 2025. The construction access will be limited to Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 7 PM. These hours typically align with when most of our guests are out exploring Glacier National Park and the surrounding area, which should help mitigate any inconvenience. To reflect this potential disruption, we have reduced our pricing. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a great stay!
