Dog-friendly home in Brant Beach, LBI - Oceanside: 4 houses/400 ft to the beach - sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms - A/C - raised, 2 floor house - 3 outside decks ...picnic table & social seating ...gas grill* ...outdoor shower* ...parking for 3 cars ...fenced-in yard 1st floor - 1 Queen bed - 1 full bath - living room - kitchen - laundry room, utility sink 2nd floor - 2 large bedrooms: each w/a deck & window AC - 1 full bath - 1 King bed, TV - 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds *unavailable in winter months The space It is customary for guests to bring their own bed sheets and bath/kitchen towels to LBI. We provide pillows, comforters, and blankets. During the summer, there are five beach badges provided for your stay. There will be a charge of $45 per badge to replace each that is lost or not returned. Flat screen TV’s are located in upstairs bedroom and living room area. House has enough paper towels, paper plates, napkins, toilet paper to get you started. We provide dishwasher, laundry soap, dish detergent, and some cleaning products. We do not provide hand/bath soap or shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen has a new dishwasher, a new range, the oven has AirFry capability, new full-size SubZero refrigerator/freezer, newer microwave, a Keurig K-Duo coffee maker for ground/brewed and K-cup coffee; some K-cups provided. Also available: a 4-slice toaster, , dishes, silverware, utensils, and various pots and pans. There is also a family-size propane grill on the first floor deck off the kitchen and grill utensils for use during summer/fall months. The Laundry room has full-size washer/dryer with laundry detergent, large utility sink, and room to remove/store sandy clothes, sandals. Cabinets store cooking pots/pans, grill utensils, and one has some flashlights, dog bowls, and waste bags. Our rules: 1) Check-in is after 3PM and Checkout is at/before 10AM 2) No cats. We allow 1-2 dogs - but you must tell us before you book. - Do not let your dogs go the bathroom in the house. - Please pick up their waste in the yard using a bag and put it in the trash can outside the fence. (Feel free to use the dog disposal bags in a cabinet in the Laundry room.) - You must clean up after your dog(s) - or you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of at least $100 or more depending on the mess. 3) ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING inside the house: cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana. You may smoke on the deck and in the yard. Please be considerate of our neighbors where you smoke and dispose of cigarette/cigar/pot butts in the trash when completely extinguished. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee of at least $100 or more depending on the mess, smell, and damage. 4) Please be sure the gates are closed before letting dogs out into the yard - to protect people walking/standing outside the yard. 5) Keep all communication on Airbnb inbox. Guest access Whole house and property, except garage and 4 locked closets. Other things to note No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with a personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Please remember that we do not provide bed sheets, bath/beach/kitchen towels/washcloths: you must bring your own. We do provide comforters, pillows and extra blankets. There is NO smoking of any kind allowed in the house. You must inform us if bringing a dog: how many (2 maximum) and approximate size/weight. You will be charged an additional cleaning fee for excessive mess or smell from smoking or dog waste/dirt.
