This house is a two minute walk to downtown Provincetown, just beyond the bustle. Restaurants for fine or casual dining, classy nightlife, all-family-friendly activities, lively art and theater scenes... This finely restored old family home on Commercial Street, features a great working kitchen, a private dining room, a large comfortable front living room, and an expansive covered front porch with harbor views. The public beach is directly across the street! The space Just beyond the commercial center of Provincetown, this off-street home is a perfect base to explore the town. Comfortable accommodation, with a view of the harbor. And the front porch is your seat on the always-fascinating street scene, but set comfortably back from the street. The large front lawn is organically maintained, and kid-friendly. Guest access The entire 3-bedroom house, with an airy living room, large dining room off the kitchen, back deck with dining table, and the great front porch. The harbor beach is directly across the street. Other things to note In this time of COVID circulation, I want to let each of you know my commitment to your healthy and safe enjoyment of your stay here. The house is well back from Commercial Street, with a private front porch and yard, and a back patio. It is surrounded by private homes. My cleaning professional has worked with me to provide you the cleanest and most disinfected environment possible. Products used are EPA approved for COVID-19 surface disinfection. All frequently-touched surfaces (counter and tabletops, light switches, doorknobs, handrails, appliance and cabinet handles and controls, remotes, etc.) are included in this sanitizing process, before each new guest arrives. All linens and bath towels etc are steam-laundered and hot-dried. We have removed multi-use products throughout, especially in the kitchen, for our guests’ protection.
