Papakea L401 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront penthouse corner unit that can accommodate up to 5 guests. The resort has an elevator to bring you to the 4th floor. The stunning unobstructed views of the Pacific can be seen from nearly every room. Inside you'll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and decor, a split air conditioning system, and plenty of natural light with vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances and offers counter seating for 2 and a dining table for 4. The comfortable couch offers ocean views and converts to a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. You'll stay cool on those warmer Maui days as this unit features 3 split air conditioners; one for every room. The master bedroom has a lovely king-size bed and a spacious place to rest after a day in the sun. Just around the corner is the master bathroom which includes dual sinks, stone countertops, and a walk-in tile surround shower. Upstairs you will find an additional queen sized bed and a second bathroom with a tile-surrounded walk-in shower for further privacy and convenience. *** Notice of Property Plumbing Project: - Papakea Resort is performing a property-wide extensive plumbing project and you may hear some noise during this time. Work at this unit will begin February 23rd, 2026, with an estimated completion for this unit is projected on or around March 23rd, 2026. - Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work. - Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. - To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM. - Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. - We have been notified that the project is pending completion around June 2026.
