Located on quiet side street near area colleges, shopping and restaurants. Enjoy local cultural and and sports events. For safety reasons, we do not offer water access, but there is a town beach right next door if you want to swim or rent a paddle boat, or fish from that shoreline. Guests are welcome to relax on our beachfront. The space This second floor suite (stairs required) is sound-proof and completely separate from the rest of the house with it's own entrance. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and quiet surroundings. Guest access Separate access from the front of the house, private entryway, and stairs lead to entire second floor rental suite. Other things to note It is a full-size double bed.
