It is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood, only 7 minutes from the airport. As you arrive, you’ll instantly feel at home, and enjoy the convenience and still have the feeling of country living. The space This home is minutes from downtown Hilo, it has everything you need for that get away to the Big island. This fully renovated and beautifully decorated 3 bedrooms,1.5 bathrooms . This home is the relaxing retreat you have been seeking. It is on a dead end, far away from the main road. You will not hear traffic or feel like you are in the city. It has AC in the living room and kitchen area, each bedroom has a ceiling fan, you will feel comfortable and relaxed with that. It has a vent fan in the main bathroom. It will remove moisture and have fresh air in instantly when showering. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need. The range hood is rare, it sucks smells out of the house, you will enjoy cooking and won’t smell any oil. Guest access It’s self-check-in with a keypad. We send you the access code prior to your arrival. Check in time is any time after 3.00PM. Other things to note 1.Please remove your shoes upon entering and make every effort to keep sand and dirt outside. 2.This home is in a residential area. Please be a thoughtful neighbor and keep noise, music ,etc to a minimum between 9:00AM and 9:00PM. 3.Wrap, store or refrigerate all food and drinks 4.Trash should be bagged tightly in plastic bags and deposited in the trash cans. 5.This is a non-smoke home. 6.Parties and gatherings are not allowed. 7.Pets are not allowed.
