Just a 10 minute walk to both Lambert’s Cove Beach (IMO the most beautiful beach on the Island) and Ice House Pond (the nicest freshwater pond on the Island). The space Total square footage of 2440 sq. ft. includes an open living area with reclaimed beams and wide-plank, rustic oak floors. Three large skylights create a beautiful, light-filled space. Just beyond the living room is the dining area and a fully appointed and well-equipped modern kitchen with high-end stainless appliances. Living room sliders open onto a large deck that extends across the front of the house, with plenty of outdoor seating. In the back of the house, off the dining area and kitchen, is a screened-in porch for relaxing, entertaining, or outdoor dining. There are three comfortable bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Master on the 1st floor has a king-bed and ensuite bathroom with shower. Upstairs is a 2nd bedroom with queen bed, a 3rd bedroom with 2 twins, and a full bath with tub/shower. Finished lower level has a TV and game area, plus additional sleeping on a queen-size sofa bed. The house has central AC throughout, plus ceiling fans.
