There are no busy streets to cross... Our cottage is in excellent condition with many recent updates. Brand new electrical, hardwood flooring, private enclosed/outdoor shower, new windows and freshly painted interior/exterior to name a few. We are located Mid-Cape in the heart of Dennisport. A short walk to several of the Cape's best known restaurants, bakeries and live entertainment. Tons of activities for the entire family located all around town. If you are a cyclists or avid walker... only three miles South of our cottage is the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail (22- mile path passing through SIX Cape Cod towns). Golf River Golf Course is only three miles NW. If you are interested in taking a day trip to visit Martha's Vineyard and/or Nantucket you can hop on the Island ferry located in Harwich Port (a few miles away) Please note: Professional “COVID” cleaning provided after each rental.
