Located in one of the most scenic areas of Cape Ann, this single family home is set on a quiet street across from Goose Cove. A two bedroom suite with full bath, on entire 2nd floor, is available. The home is filled with original contemporary art. Enjoy a short walk to Annisquam Village and Lobster Cove and view gorgeous sunsets! We are on the way to Rockport and only a few miles from downtown Gloucester. Weekends are preferably a 2- night minimum but we are flexible. The space This listing is for the upstairs suite of a beautiful single family home. There are two private bedrooms and a private bathroom that you can enjoy. The downstairs is shared, but there for you to enjoy. The bedrooms are great for a family visit as there are many sleeping options. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed , twin bed, and a loft with a camping mattress. Bedroom #2 has a twin bed, and a loft with a twin mattress. In the room, there is also a sleeping nook for a young child or toddler. Or come as a single party or couple and spread out! Note: there is no air-conditioning! In the kitchen, guests may use the refrigerator, microwave and make coffee and tea. Heating leftovers from last night's dinner out and fixing a sandwich are fine. However, there is a no cooking policy in place. Guest access There is a shared entrance to the home, and a staircase that leads to the relaxing and tranquil upstairs suite. The upstairs space is for guests only. During your stay We give our guests space but are available when needed. We are happy to give recommendations for restaurants, beaches, favorite spots and more. Other things to note For folks who scan listings quickly and may miss this information, this listing is for 2 bedrooms in a private home that the owners live in.
