The space The home is located in a quiet, single-family neighborhood on a peninsula high above Lake Cochituate with stairs to the lake and your own private dock to swim and relax. Set back from the quiet road and surrounded by woods, the setting offers complete privacy. In addition to the five bedrooms and private soundproof office, the home provides an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, large living room with fireplace, separate family room, 3 1/2 baths, and a basement recreation room with a ping pong table, bumper pool, and foosball. Sleeping accommodations include two primary (master) bedroom suites each with a king bed and private bath, two bedrooms each with a queen bed, and one bedroom with twin beds - perfect for a large family, a vacation with kids and grandparents, or two families sharing a vacation! The ambiance includes hardwood floors throughout, marble baths, granite counters, cathedral ceilings, and wood accents. Outside the house is a screened porch for outdoor dining surrounded by an enormous deck with stunning views overlooking the lake, stairs to your own private dock and sitting area over the water, and a fire pit for an evening bonfire for roasting marshmallows and smores.
