We are just 1 mile to the Ironman start and finish, and the 1.2 mile Ironman swim turnaround is viewable from the lanai, and the run course passes in front of our complex. There is a 3-night minimum/ 7- night during Ironman and Christmas seasons. This is a non-smoking, no pets, no parties/events unit. Other things to note There is a small public beach right next to The Kona Reef. A work of caution, though it looks tempting, and the locals use it daily to boogie board and surf, THERE IS A SEVERE UNDER TOE! We do not recommend swimming in that spot without flotation.
