Condo on the Cove in Downtown Salem

This charming townhouse condo, located in downtown Salem, MA, offers a view of Collins Cove and is just a short walk to the Salem Common, local restaurants, museums, bars and parks. Enjoy use of the back deck and grille during your stay. The space The first floor hosts the kitchen, living room, dining room, and half bath. The second floor hosts two bedrooms and a full bath - complete with dual sinks and laundry. This is our private residence, so we ask that any guests respect the items within our home, and understand that this is a cozy and well lived-in home. Guest access Our condo is a townhouse (from the backyard photo - our unit is the townhouse located to the right of the chimney). The unit has a front door (private entrance) and a back door that is accessible by the back deck. The deck is shared by both townhouses, so while the condo is private, the back deck and the back yard are shared. Each unit is owner occupied. Other things to note Guests are not permitted to sell any goods or services on or within the property.
