Located 3 doors down from the police and fire station in quiet, safe, Windsor Heights, the house is within walking distance to restaurants, bars, bakery, coffee shops, a park, DQ, bike trails, YMCA, Walmart, grocery stores, nail spa and massage therapy. 10 mins to shopping in West Des Moines and 10 mins to Downtown. Seriously, the perfect location! Guest access You have access to the entire house! No shared spaces. Free access to a full size washer and dryer on the property. Driveway has room for 3 cars and free street parking. Other things to note While the game room may elicit the idea to host a party at The Cheetah House, please keep guests to a maximum of 6 unless otherwise approved by the host. This house is for adults and has nude or semi-nude artwork, cuss words, sexual connotations, adult games and for those with a sense of humor. Please do not choose this house if you have kids with you or are easily offended. The house is built in 1940 which means it's not perfect and has character. The bathroom space between the tub and toilet is small so super tall or overly portly folks may have a problem. The basement ceiling is low so again, super tall people (6'5+) may have a harder time in the house. Personally, I'm 6'0 and do just fine but have had tall guests comment that I should warn other tall guests.
