The space UPDATE: The left-side unit is also available for rent! This spacious addition sleeps up to 12 guests, perfect for larger groups or families wanting to stay together. Please find it on AirBNB under "Cozy Coastal Cove II" While this property consists of two units, you will have exclusive access to the right side unit, ensuring your privacy and a peaceful stay without sharing the space with any other guests. First Floor: As you step inside, you'll find the main living areas located on the bottom floor, thoughtfully designed in an open layout. The living room, dining area, and kitchen seamlessly flow together, promoting a sense of togetherness and easy conversation. In the cozy living room, you'll find a comfortable sofa that can accommodate 1 additional guest for sleeping arrangements. This is a convenient option for a solo traveler or an extra guest to enjoy a peaceful slumber. Convenience is key, and that's why we've included a half bathroom on the main floor, ensuring that you won't have to venture upstairs during your daily activities. Additionally, a laundry area with a washer and dryer is also available, providing the convenience of handling any laundry needs without leaving the comfort of your temporary home. Second Floor: Master Bedroom: As you make your way to the top floor, you'll discover the bedrooms, offering a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. The master suite features a plush queen bed providing adequate sleeping arrangements for 2 people, a full bathroom and a full-sized body mirror. There is a ceiling fan as well as a window AC unit to keep you cool during the hot summer months. You'll find a wardrobe nook with hangers, a laundry bin and two luggage racks, as well as a double dresser, allowing you to keep your belongings organized during your stay. Entertainment options include a 43-inch Roku TV and WiFi access, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your downtime. Guest Bedroom: This versatile space comfortably sleeps up to five guests with two bunk beds—one twin-over-full and a new twin-over-twin—perfect for families or groups. A ceiling fan and window AC unit ensure a comfortable stay year-round. Similar to the master suite, the guest room is equipped with a wardrobe nook with hangers, a laundry bin and two luggage racks, as well as a double dresser, allowing you to keep your belongings organized during your stay. Entertainment options include a 43-inch Roku TV and WiFi access, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your downtime. Please note that pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, loud music, loud noise, and parties are not allowed on the premises. Guest access Guests will have access to the right side unit of the property, including the right deck and the driveway on the right. However, please note that the shed and any amenities or areas on the left side of the house are not accessible to guests. Other things to note Check-in time: 4PM Check-out time: 10AM Insects: This is the beach. During various seasons there may be bugs or ants. We are not liable for your health issues and phobias and consider, ants, insects and other natural specimen as ordinary for the beach area. While we will always make best efforts, we would like to remind guests that mosquitos, ants, flies, bees, and other pests are a part of the area and not a reflection of the homes cleanliness. Furthermore, it is your responsibility to keep windows and doors closed so bugs do not get inside the house. Surrounding Area: Although we are in a quiet place overall, we are still at the beach surrounded by a lot of hustle and bustle. If people outside our premises are socializing by means of smoking, drinking or being loud, it is out of our control. House Supplies: The home is maintained very well and we do our best to be sure all necessities are stored in the home. However, if we are missing some items, please let us know and we will do our best efforts to replenish these items.
