Enjoy your stay in this oversized 2nd floor bedroom (bedroom #A, Eastern side of the house) in our home in quiet Montgomery, right off US-206. Plenty of parking! 4 min drive to shopping center, 10 min to Princeton; lots of great parks and farms nearby. Flexible check-in. Family friendly! Shared (see details below*) kitchenette, dining area, full bathroom, & washer/dryer. The space This spacious bedroom includes a queen sized bed, sofa, HD TV, desk with high-speed WiFi, hardwood floors, coffee bar with single-serve Keurig, and plenty of sunshine! Common space includes a dining area with fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee pot, and hot water kettle. We keep it stocked with oatmeal, cereal, granola bars, drinks, & supplies. New shower installed in March 2026! We live downstairs (and use a different entrance), and will be available promptly if anything comes up during your stay. You may interact with us as little or as much as you like :) We are family friendly, and have a lot of baby & toddler supplies available upon request. Guest access Entrance uses a keypad to make your check-in experience flexible and private. Security cameras surround the perimeter of our house, plus one in the entry hall, for your safety. We have a large driveway with plenty of space for parking, and a big backyard with children’s toys and plenty of trees, flowers, and wildlife for your enjoyment! Washer and dryer available to use in the basement, which can be accessed from the entryway. During your stay We use a separate entrance from guests and the rental unit is secluded from our living space. That being said, as long as we are home we are available if guests need anything or if guests just want to chat or ask questions! We are happy to give whatever level of privacy or interaction you are comfortable with. Other things to note Absolutely no smoking in the building. NO PETS (hosts live on premise and have severe allergies, unfortunately this also means we cannot accommodate service animals). Quiet hours between 10PM and 6AM. Bedroom next door is also listed for guests if more space is needed. It’s essentially the same setup as this room. Send a message if you'd like to book both rooms.
