Large, fenced-in backyard having all of the necessary summer amenities, new Weber grill on the back deck with accompanied outdoor furniture and a high-top bar and outdoor shower. *Living room area is cozy and has a 50 inch flat screen TV with cable, as well as one of the bedrooms. *Kitchen is fully stocked which includes dishes, silverware, wine glasses, pots and pans, plus more, as well as both a regular coffee maker & coffee and a Keurig machine and Keurig pods. *Hardwood floors in living area and bedrooms, and kitchen has newly installed luxury planks flooring. Please refrain from using it, it is not safe to use. Guest access We will be in touch either the day before or the day of your arrival to confirm arrival times, entry codes, and WIFI access. Through the fence gate, you will follow the stone path to the back door on the back porch. The backdoor will have a keypad which you will use to enter your code to enter the house. Other things to note Right at the top of the connecting street Shadhole is a Kayaking and paddle boarding spot, there is also a very highly regarded Cape Cod Rail Trail that’s about a 5 minutes drive. Try to walk or bike the Cape Cod canal if you can, it’s beautiful and a short drive away. If you have kids the Sundae School House is a win. Also try taking them to Scargo tower. Historic tower over looking a whale shaped lake. It’s about 15 min drive but it was one of my favorite child hood memories growing up visiting my grandmother’s cape house.
