This Princeville house is peaceful and centrally-located on the North Shore. Not only is the front of the house right behind the Princeville center just a few steps away from the grocery store, restaurants, and shops, there is a bike path right behind the house along the Makai Golf Course great for tranquil morning/evening walks. The location is also perfect for walking to the Princeville park where the farmers market is held every Saturday filled with local artisan vendors. Guests will share the space with my family and I. You will have your own private bedrooms with AC and a bathroom. We live in the upstairs portion of the house. The shared spaces include the living area, dining area, and kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor of the house where you will be staying. Both bedrooms have California King beds for a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing night's rest. Guests will have access of the front door to gain entry into the house. My family and I are all very friendly. During your time at our home, don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions and we are always happy to provide recommendations! We only ask that you respect the things we have as if it were your own home. My family and I live in the upstairs portion of the house. The living area, dining area, and kitchen area are the spaces that are available and that we share with guests. The upstairs and garage are off-limits since these are the areas where we reside and have our personal belongings. We are all very friendly so don't hesitate to communicate with us. My family and I are so blessed to be able to live and work on the beautiful island of Kauai. Especially this location being on the North Shore where you can witness the lush green surroundings that the Garden Isle has to offer. The house is extremely conveniently located. Only 10 minutes away from Hanalei Bay, 1 minute away from the Princeville Center, and backyard to the golf course path. It is such a treat to be able to share this gem with others.
