Guest suite in Uxbridge

Come enjoy this new and beautifully designed space in historic Uxbridge, MA. Set up like a tiny house, it is the most cozy and clean place you will visit. A ship’s ladder will take you to the queen loft bed or use a new PotteryBarn sleeper sofa. The Frame TV will act as a beautiful painting if you prefer to "unplug." Climate control and a hammock chair are a perfect combo! Located on a quiet street, it is an easy 25 min. drive to Providence or Worcester, and only 50 min. to downtown Boston. The space This beautiful flat is a small private space attached to our family home and has private parking and a private entrance. It is climate controlled for all seasons. In the living room, you will find a Samsung Frame TV, Nintendo 64 with plenty of games if you’re feeling nostalgic, hammock chair, and a comfortable sleeper sofa. The full bathroom is 72 sq. ft. and offers a beautiful hand-cut tiled walk in shower with rain head. The kitchenette has a single serve Keurig coffee maker, a microwave, small portable IKEA stove top, toaster, basic cookware, and dinnerware. Climbing the "ship's ladder" will bring you to the loft with a queen size mattress and another very cozy space. The space is small but beautiful and comfortable. The structure was drawn by NE Design and Remodel and the interior design by Kristina Marie & Co. The space has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Guest access We live on a quiet street. There is a beautiful canal and walking trail only 1/4 mile from the property. West Hill Dam is only 2 miles away and people come a distance to hike, bike, and run at this beautiful state park. There are also miles of well maintained mountain bike trails at West Hill Dam. New England’s largest zoo (Southwick’s) is only 3 miles away and the Mendon Twin Drive-In outdoor movie theatre is only 4 miles away. There is private parking right in front of the guest suite and room enough for two vehicles. Other things to note Please message us with any questions!
